We pride ourselves on ensuring we provide a great service to our customers. We put you and your needs first at all times – we provide a personal approach from the very first telephone call or email right through to the installation process ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your new kitchen. That’s how we work and that is why we get a lot of work on recommendation from our existing customers to their friends, family and visitors to their home.
We welcome the opportunity of discussing your new kitchen with you. Having visited our website, you are also welcome to visit our showroom to see the quality of our work for yourself, or you can of course telephone or email us with any questions you may have and we would be happy to answer these.
When you are in a position to discuss your requirements, please telephone us and we would be delighted to make an appointment to come and see you at a mutually convenient time, for example, week days, evenings etc.
Having listened to your requirements, using our experience and design skills, we will interpret your ideas and measurements taken to produce a quotation and once the project has been commissioned, these will also be used to produce an initial kitchen design. We will work with you to finalise all the materials, finishes, handles and colours of your bespoke kitchen. The kitchen design will be hand drawn and will be agreed in full prior to any work being carried out.
In addition to the kitchen, we can design, build and install furniture in other rooms including bedroom and bathroom furniture.

To design our bespoke kitchens and furniture we discuss with our clients their needs and ideas, consider the overall style of the house and space available, and a design is produced that is both functional and beautiful.
We use all the latest design and storage ideas. All our bespoke kitchens and cabinets are handmade from the best possible material with solid wood dovetailed drawers, we utilise all the lastest hardware including the latest soft close drawer runners and mechanisms.

All our designs can be made for any shape, size and style of home, be it a modern urban loft or period country home.
Installation is an important aspect when planning your new kitchen. We have worked on all manner of alterations and improvements in every kind of property and we are used to working with builders, developers, architects, surveyors, interior designers and, of course, with our clients.

Our detailed plans are hand drawn by us to take into account each customer’s individual requirements including style and measurements. We do not use computer programmes to design your kitchen. All our units are bespoke, so however awkward the space we can create pieces that fit perfectly, we do not have any standard cabinet sizes, every cabinet is designed and drawn to fulfil our customer’s measurements only. For this reason, we ask for an initial deposit which is payable when requesting a hand drawn plan. When our customer places an order (which they usually do on receipt of these plans), the fee paid is deducted from the overall price.
99% of our business comes from within a 50mile radius but further distances would be considered.
Although we specialise in kitchens, we are also able to undertake other projects such as bedrooms, bathrooms and home studies. This is due to customer demand, our customers are very satisfied with the quality of our kitchens, that they often ask us to make furniture for other rooms in their house.
There are numerous materials available to complement any kitchen including the most popular of them all which is granite and this is available in many colours which vary in price.
Silestone is also a popular man-made alternative to granite with the added advantages of containing Microban and being stainproof. Solid surface worktops including Corian and solid timber worktops are also available.
We pride ourselves in having fully satisfied customers and we will work with our customers to ensure that any problems are dealt with efficiently and to their satisfaction at all times.A lot of our work is gained by word of mouth and recommendation from friends, colleagues and visitors and this would not occur if our customers were not satisfied.
