Frequently Asked Questions

Our prices are competitive, you are welcome to compare us to competitors and you will see for yourself the difference. The quality is as high but the price is very different.

Step 1. If you telephone us, we can arrange a meeting between Nick and our customer at the customer’s home and at our customer’s convenience.  During the meeting, measurements can be taken and we enjoy a general discussion on the customer requirements, a feel for the surroundings, and gain a full understanding of the project.
Step 2. A quotation is calculated, produced and forwarded to our client.  An initial deposit is required in order to commission hand drawn plans.
Step 3. Confirmation of any appliances, sink/taps or additional accessories that are required by our customer but need to be ordered to ensure delivery to us or the customer (dependent on the customer’s requirements) in time for the kitchen installation date.
Step 4. The manufacture of furniture is undertaken at our workshop.
Step 5. Furniture is delivered on the date agreed and installed to the highest possible standard.
Step 6. A final inspection by Nick to ensure all aspects of the project have been completed to the highest standard possible.

Our detailed plans are hand drawn by us to take into account each customer’s individual requirements including style and measurements.  We do not use computer programmes to design your kitchen. All our units are bespoke, so however awkward the space we can create pieces that fit perfectly, we do not have any standard cabinet sizes, every cabinet is designed and drawn to fulfil our customer’s measurements only. For this reason, we ask for an initial deposit which is payable when requesting a hand drawn plan.  When our customer places an order (which they usually do on receipt of these plans), the fee paid is deducted from the overall price.

99% of our business comes from within a 50mile radius but further distances would be considered.

Although we specialise in kitchens, we are also able to undertake other projects such as bedrooms, bathrooms and home studies.  This is due to customer demand, our customers are very satisfied with the quality of our kitchens, that they often ask us to make furniture for other rooms in their house.

There are numerous materials available to complement any kitchen including the most popular of them all which is granite and this is available in many colours which vary in price.
Silestone is also a popular man-made alternative to granite with the added advantages of containing Microban and being stainproof. Solid surface worktops including Corian and solid timber worktops are also available.
